25. 因着温约翰与福乐神学院的各分支及同工的错综关系,我们有需要了解一下福乐神学院的组织。此神学院是查尔斯•福乐(Charles E.Fullcr)在四十年代建立的,目的是训练基要派传道人,使他们能作基要派与大宗派教会之间的桥梁(参George Marsden,Reforming Fundamentalism:Fuller Seminary and the New Evangelicalism, Michigan,1987)。与神学院并列者,就是福乐福音协会(FEA),专门协助教会增长。在神学院方面,心理学的发展迅速又受尊重,不久就独立,成为有名的心理学学院。一九六五年,另一个同样出名的学院成立,是为世界宣教学院(School of World Mission),首任院长是麦高文(Donald McGavran);第二位院长即为葡萄园运动三个要角之一的韦拿。
